We are excited to announce The International Paper Flower Workshop (IPFW 2025) hosted by BOUQ Paper Flowers at the stunning Safnahúsið (The House of Collections), from June 20-22, 2025. The Workshop will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the artistry of paper flowers while enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Iceland and the city of Reykjavik.

THE WORKSHOP

Cost: The cost of the three-day workshop will be $525 CAD/EUR 330/$375 USD per person.
Note: You will be billed the equivalent of $525 CAD by your payment provider. - Instruction: Each day you will receive instruction for 4 hours, leaving you time to explore the surrounding areas of Reykjavik at your leisure.
- What is included? Light refreshments and all materials necessary for the workshop will be provided.
- What flowers will I be making? We are currently developing the designs and tutorials for the flowers we will be teaching at the workshop. Stay tuned!
THE VENUE
The workshop will take place at Safnahúsið, The House of Collections, which is part of the National Gallery of Iceland. Safnahúsið is a striking historical building located in the heart of Reykjavik, Iceland. Built in 1909, it originally housed the National Library, National Archives, and National Museum collections. Today, Safnahúsið serves as a vibrant cultural venue, hosting diverse exhibitions that showcase Iceland’s rich literary, artistic, and historical heritage. Its grand architecture and impressive Reading Room make it a beloved landmark for both locals and visitors.
TRAVEL NOTES
Iceland’s Keflavik (KEF) airport is accessible by many airlines worldwide making it an attractive hub for stopovers and stays. The city itself offers many accommodations options from Airbnb’s and hotels, to private home rentals and hostels. There is something for every budget.
